He is the primary leader of the team, serving as the administrative head and field commander. Team Captain makes the official call on adding new members and serves as spokesman for the team. Primary functions as administrative head include (but are not limited to): making sure the team is registered for tournaments and scenarios, searches for possible sponsorship candidates, and keeps the team up to date on all intel gathered from such tournaments, scenarios and sponsors. Primary Functions as field commander include (but are not limited to): executing agreed upon plan of attack by continually making sure all team members are carrying out their tasks on the field, he is a motivator, support gunner, and adjusts the plan of attack if certain circumstances require it while going hot.
